Kim Kohlhepp
Kim Kohlhepp grew up in DuBois, PA. Her family has been in the area since the early 1800s, with the Moore’s settling in Luthersburg, the Kohlhepp’s in Rochester Mills, the Barrett’s in Curwensville, the Bloomgren’s in Ridgway, and the Hayes’ in Force. They served their communities as farmers, doctors, shopkeepers, soldiers, teachers, and business leaders. This long heritage and deep roots inspired her to run for State Representative of the 75th District.
Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Ohio University, and a Master of Science in Real Estate and Infrastructure from Johns Hopkins University. She has spent her career in real estate development, working across the Mid-Atlantic region. After working in the big cities for a few years, Kim was glad to return home and settle down in DuBois with her husband, Bryan Wood, and their dog, Peppa. She is now the Vice President of Kohlhepp Corporation. Kim sits on the DuBois Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is the Treasurer for Habitat for Humanity of Clearfield County.
Kim is excited to be a champion for our region and tout the many reasons why this is a great place to call home! She hopes that you will support her candidacy and vote for her to be the next State Representative for the 75th District in the upcoming 2026 election.
“We must act now to determine our own future and guide the growth we want for ourselves.”
